• 2010  meet fundraising goal through commemorative tile campaign, small donations especially from donor box at old shelter, and naming rights donations, final design approval by city committees and commission; coordinate construction with city plans
• 2011  start construction in spring and finish Shelter by winter - in time for ice skating season!
